General Description The Pulsafeeder CHEM-TECH Prime Performance Series chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm-type pumps featuring built-in head degassing. These pumps are equipped with a specially designed degassing valve system, ideal for applications involving off-gassing chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. A top-mounted, one-way vent valve assembly removes gas bubbles from the pump head, ensuring reliable operation. The output volume can be adjusted during operation, from zero to maximum capacity. With motorized-diaphragm technology, the CHEM-TECH Prime Performance Series pumps provide dependable performance and extended durability. This series delivers quiet, consistent metering over long periods in a compact design. Pump Controls Adjustment is by means of readily accessible lockable dial knob for changing stroke length. The knob is located opposite the liquid handling end. Drive Assembly The pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts.
